How soon can I receive my package?
- Processing time: 1-3 Business Days
- Shipping time: 5-15 Business days (6-19 calendar days)
- Orders placed during weekends and holidays will be processed the next available business day.
- All orders placed through tonywell.com are eligible for a free shipping policy, but please note shipping times may vary for certain countries that are not serviced by any of the major postal carriers (e.g. FedEx, DHL, USPS, or UPS).
How can I get faster shipping?
- For faster shipping, please contact Tonywell (support@tonywell.com) to provide product style, quantity, and address to confirm additional shipping charges, and expect a response within 24-48 hours.
What courier will be used to deliver my package?
- As we ship via DHL/UPS/FEDEX/EMS/CHINA POST/USPS, the product gets handed to your local post office on arrival in your country and as such, delivery times will vary by country depending on the efficiency and expediency of your postal service.
What should I do when my package is charged by customs?
- Please don’t refuse the package because of the customs or taxes charges when the item is delivered. The carrier won’t be able to return the items to us unless these fees are paid. Our only option is to abandon the package in customs and if this happens, we won’t be able to offer a refund.
What should I do when my package is returned?
- For orders that are returned due to incorrect or missing address information. We are happy to re-ship the order to you, however, additional shipping charges will apply to re-ship the items to the correct address.
